The concept of patient safety culture is very important to be carried out in many countries including Saudi Arabia. Improving patient safety culture should be a priority among hospitals administration.In this study measuring the different dimensions of culture over that of patient safety makes up an important diagnostic feature, which is part of the process to improve patient safety .Overall perception of safety was found to be low in comparison with other studies.
