Mark A. Reinecke, PhD, ABPP, ACT, is a professor of psychiatry and behavioral sciences and the chief of the Division of Psychology at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine. He is a distinguished fellow and former president of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy, a diplomate of the American Board of Professional Psychology and a fellow of Division 12 (Clinical Psychology) of the American Psychological Association. Dr. Reinecke's clinical and research interests include childhood depression and suicide, cognitive and social vulnerability for depression and cognitive mediation of adjustment to chronic illness. His most recent books are: "Cognitive Therapy with Children and Adolescents" (2nd Ed., edited with Dattilio, F., & Freeman, A., 2003) and "Cognitive Therapy Across the Lifespan: Evidence and Practice" (edited with Clark, D., 2004).
